My boys seem to teeth at the same time. It must be a twin thing. I’m so thankful to have babies who are healthy and growing and who are actually growing teeth! All of those are good, good things, but it really stinks when they are up all night because of swollen gums.
Thankfully Brian is such a good daddy and husband and gets up with them and tries to soothe them back to sleep so that I can catch some z’s. But some nights when they are both up crying at the same time, I obviously have to get up too because they both need cuddles and love. Being pregnant with twins and chasing around twin toddlers is no joke! My body just gets super tired super easy. And you can’t exactly take it easy when you have another toddler, or two, while pregnant.
This morning the boys were up and ready to go around 6 o’clock after an entire night of no sleep for our entire household. We got up, ate breakfast, and that’s when I spied the most beautiful sunrise. I got the boys dressed and we went outside to watch. They were more interested in the bean field than the sunrise, but I sure did enjoy God’s beautiful creation and it did somehow give me a boost of energy for the day.
